Miami-Dade school becomes Florida’s first technology innovation school

A Miami-Dade school has earned a new distinction as the state's first district-run Innovation School of Technology. Venetian Parc Academy, located in the county, will now operate under a model that shifts away from traditional grade levels and standardized pacing.
