Eva Live Announces LOI to Acquire Airbeam Wireless Technologies to Advance AI-Powered Autonomous and Millimeter-Wave Communications

Eva Live Inc. has signed a Letter of Intent to purchase a 51% interest in Airbeam Wireless Technologies Inc., a deal valued at roughly $16 million. The acquisition is aimed at strengthening Eva Live's position in the autonomous systems and advanced communications sectors.

Under the proposed agreement, Eva Live will gain access to a portfolio of more than 260 patents held by Airbeam. These patents cover millimeter-wave semiconductor technologies, which are critical for high-speed data transmission and the development of autonomous vehicle systems. The deal is expected to accelerate Eva Live's work in AI-powered communications and self-driving technology.

Airbeam Wireless Technologies has spent years building a library of intellectual property around millimeter-wave frequencies. These frequencies allow for faster data transfer and lower latency, making them essential for applications like autonomous driving, 5G networks, and advanced radar systems.

Eva Live's management sees the acquisition as a strategic move to bring these technologies in-house rather than licensing them from third parties. The company believes owning the patents will reduce long-term costs and speed up product development.

The transaction is still subject to due diligence and final agreement terms. Both companies expect to close the deal within the next few months.
