The U.S. House of Representatives has passed the Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2026, a move that includes key provisions acknowledging waste energy recovery technologies within federal energy policy. The new language in the bill would allow farms, rural businesses, and industrial operators to convert wasted heat and pressure into usable electricity.
